Bradley D. Baugh |

|
Bradley D. Baugh is a partner at NORTH
WEBER & BAUGH LLP. Mr. Baugh specializes in intellectual
property law, with an emphasis in patent law.
Mr. Baugh has
prosecuted patent applications dealing with networking,
cryptography, and various types of mechanical devices,
including medical devices. Mr. Baugh has also been
involved in other transactional aspects of intellectual
property law, including negotiating and drafting
intellectual property license agreements. Mr. Baugh also
participates in the evaluation of intangible assets, such
as patents and proprietary technology, for tax and
acquisition purposes.
Mr. Baugh received his undergraduate education at the
Brigham Young University, graduating with a B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and
Philosophy. Mr. Baugh attended law school at U.C.
Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall).

During law school,
Mr. Baugh was an article editor and member of the Board of
Editors for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. During
law school Mr. Baugh also published an article discussing
developments in patent law. See WMS Gaming v.

Mr. Baugh also volunteers as a member of the board of
directors for Cystic Fibrosis Research, Inc. (CFRI), a
nonprofit organization dedicated to funding cystic
fibrosis research and to providing educational support
programs.

WEBER & BAUGH LLP, Mr. Baugh worked at Medlen & Carroll,
Fenwick & West, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Mr. Baugh is a member
of the California Bar, the Silicon Valley Intellectual
Property Law Association, and is registered to practice
before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. |
