accomplishments for Mr. Gibson include patent preparation
and prosecution for electrical circuits, wireless

subcontractor, Mr. Gibson prepared PCT International

Further, He has provided patent portfolio management and
infringement analysis for high performance clock
technology.
While at Philips Electronics, Mr. Gibson was Director of
Advanced Technology, including Standards and Patent
Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for
