and technical management in the electronics' industry,

accomplishments for Mr. Gibson include patent preparation
and prosecution for electrical circuits, wireless

procedures. Additionally, while working as a USPTO
subcontractor, Mr. Gibson prepared PCT International
Search Report & Opinions for similar domain technologies.
Further, He has provided patent portfolio management and
infringement analysis for high performance clock
technology.
While at Philips Electronics, Mr. Gibson was Director of
Advanced Technology, including Standards and Patent
Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for
generating new patent disclosures working with design
engineers, and technical standards. Mr. Gibson is
